The first step in any coaching relationship is a discovery call. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and see if we might be a good fit.
Most of my sessions are conducted via Zoom. For folks local to me in Vermont, I also hold sessions in-person sessions.
I work with many principles. Here are a few:
Truth: I will be the most honest person in your life, and I will support you in being honest with yourself. The willingness to be honest with oneself is actually a radical act. It’s the first step in true self-awareness and can powerfully change your results in the world.
It begins with a vision: If you can dream it, it enters the realm of possibility (and if you can’t envision it… you will be stuck with the default outcome.
Connection: We accomplish more with the support of others. Through the relationship of coaching, more becomes possible.
Ownership: When we own the way we show up, the actions we take, and the results we get, we create the foundation for transformation.
Emotions matter: Sometimes, we don’t need a new plan or a new way of thinking but, rather, a way to feel what’s already here. Our emotions hold tremendous wisdom.
We can change: Each of us has the power to live the life we desire.
