What can I expect from coaching?

I work with clients on a monthly basis. Each month we have:

  • 2-3 coaching sessions

  • communication between sessions via WhatsApp and email

  • custom-designed practices and experiments

  • recommendations for further learning

What is the difference between coaching, consulting, and therapy?

Okay, admittedly, Iā€™m speaking in broad strokes here.

Consulting provides advice, guidance, and solutions from a position of expertise. Unlike coaching, consulting typically involves the consultant diagnosing issues, recommending strategies, and sometimes implementing solutions directly.

Therapy, also known as counseling or psychotherapy, is a professional process aimed at helping individuals address psychological, emotional, or mental health issues. Unlike coaching, therapy often deals with clinical issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.

Coaching focuses on where you are now (present) and where you are going (future). I do not give advice (like a consultant would), but rather, support you in creating the life you desire. A coach:

  • works with clients to clarify their aspirations and values

  • assists them in creating actionable plans

  • addresses obstacles

  • helps the client work with their mindset and way of being.
