I’m a firm believer in the power of groups. Groups offer support, valuable reflections from others, and the opportunity to learn and grow in connection.
This workshop is a laboratory for practicing and developing relational skills during conflict.
Authentic Vermont is a community devoted to authentic communication. We meet weekly on Wednesdays and once a month on Saturdays.
